Unbelievable service, and pricing!!!
My wife and I had shopped for carpet at several of the huge Carpet chain stores, including your big box stores where they sell everything from screws to screens. In general we found the sales people less then anxious to help us. When we started asking question about various carpets, they seemed poorly trained and at times I sensed that they were guessing at their answers.

A good friend told us about "First Choice Flooring", Our salesman "Bill Fitch" was like a breath of fresh air. He was the consummate professional, and we could tell that he had spent twenty years or more in that business. He found us a carpet that was both affordable and functional.

The installation crew he sent to our home was neat and courteous, and the job they did exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend "First Choice Flooring". As a matter of fact, we came back a few weeks later and bought some hardwood flooring, and some ceramic tile for other areas of are home.
